Meet Dr. Tresa Mathew, DDS
Dr. Tresa Mathew earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) – School of Dentistry, in Richmond, VA. She has a diploma certificate from New York University School of Dentistry(NYU) in cosmetic dentistry and oral rehabilitation. With over a decade of private practice experience, Dr. Mathew utilizes her extensive dental training in dentistry to care for her patients and address their dental treatment needs including extractions, bone grafts, placing and restoring implants, full dentures, partial dentures, crowns, bridges, root canal treatments, invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. She also believes in keeping up with the advances in Dentistry and towards that end she takes over 50+ hours of continuing education every year.
Dr. Mathew in the past has volunteered her time in various public dental health care projects including ‘Mission of Mercy’, free dental clinics, ‘Special Olympics’, and oral rehabilitation for veterans to name a few. She was also on the clinical team of Easterseals- America’s largest nonprofit healthcare organization.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Hampshire Dental Society and Greater Salem Dental Society.
Outside of work, Dr. Mathew enjoys a variety of activities including, traveling, listening to music, swimming, painting, fitness and martial arts. She loves spending time with her husband and two children, family and friends, baking and making beautiful cakes.
